I am extremely passionate about sustainable fashion, and I love to upcycle thrifted or damaged clothing by painting or patching it. This helps keep textiles out of landfills, limits overconsumption, and promotes the idea of clothing as wearable art rather than something disposable.

Swan Lake Tank

One of my most commissioned designs is the Swan Lake Tank (or sometimes sweatshirt). I created the first one as a request, and then suddenly I was receiving dozens of messages asking me to make more.

Pollinator Tanks

Another of my most commissioned designs are my Pollinator Tanks, which feature dragonflies, butterflies, and moths. Sometimes a customer will be very specific about color and design choices, and other times I get to have free rein.

I also love getting the chance to try something totally new, whether that be small collections for Halloween and themed markets, or experimenting with new methods of painting.

I also enjoy upcycling textiles into jewelry. This one is a ring made from old jeans. I call it a "jorchid" ;)
