BICeBé 2023
Poster submissions for BICeBé 2023 with the theme Technology and Mental Health. For the first set of posters, I wanted to explore the potential positive as well as negative effects technology can have on mental health, showing technology as a pool than can be fun and social but can also be dangerous without limitations or someone to look out for you. With the second set of posters, I wanted to explore how technology, especially phones can feel like an extension of the self, almost a phantom limb or a crutch that can become harder and harder to unplug from.
